A$50 Welcome Credit Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The A$50 Welcome Credit is available to new Cruise Smaller customers who create a Traveller or Travel Agent account. The credit is issued once per eligible person and email address.
Eligible Account Types
Both Traveller and Travel Agent accounts are eligible for the A$50 Welcome Credit. Travel Agents receive one credit per account, applicable to the first eligible booking made through that account.
New Account Requirement
The credit is only available to new account holders. Existing account holders who created an account prior to the promotion are not eligible unless specifically notified by Cruise Smaller.
One Credit Per Person
The A$50 Welcome Credit is issued only once per eligible person and email address. Creating multiple accounts or both account types does not entitle you to additional credits.
Eligible Bookings
The credit can be applied toward your first eligible Cruise Smaller booking. A booking is considered eligible if it meets the minimum booking value and is not excluded under these terms.
Minimum Booking Value
The A$50 Welcome Credit can be applied to bookings with a minimum total booking value of A$2,000 (including taxes and fees). Bookings below this threshold are not eligible for credit redemption.
How the Credit Is Applied
The credit is applied as a discount against the cruise fare portion of your booking. It cannot be applied to taxes, fees, or other charges unless otherwise stated.
Expiry
The A$50 Welcome Credit expires 3 years from the date it is issued. Any unused credit balance will be automatically forfeited after this period. It is your responsibility to use the credit before it expires.
Excluded Bookings and Products
There are no exclusions. The A$50 Welcome Credit can be applied to any Cruise Smaller booking that meets the minimum booking value of A$2,000, regardless of cruise brand, destination, or product type.
Cancellation Treatment
If a booking made using the Welcome Credit is cancelled, the credit treatment will be determined by the cancellation policy applicable to that booking. The credit may or may not be reinstated depending on the cancellation terms.
Non-Transferability
The A$50 Welcome Credit is linked to your account and email address. It is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person or account.
No Cash Redemption
The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary equivalent.
Misuse and Duplicate Accounts
Cruise Smaller reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or recover credits where misuse is suspected, including the creation of duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, or any attempt to circumvent the one-credit-per-person limit.
